Bar manager, GESTO Milano

Class of '97. Doubtful about whether to continue studying architecture, I was kidnapped by the industry when I was 19. 
I become fascinated by the possibility of creating endless combinations of flavors and being able to adapt them to every palate. The first experiments in mixing took place behind the counter at Lecco Milano, one of the most important gay bars in the area. Over time, the bar and this air of freedom of expression that one breathes in Milan's rainbow district gave me the chance to overcome shyness and gain determination. The same determination that led me to work alongside great personalities like Sabina Yausheva, Carola Abrate, Mario Farulla and Milo Occhipinti among Cera, Dry Milano and Unseen.
Now I am bar manager at Gesto, a container of creativity that houses inside, in addition to the cocktail bar, an excellent kitchen headed by Daniele Lodigiani, former sous chef of Viviana Varese.
I have chosen to characterize my career by talking openly about women's empowerment by traveling around Europe, many times accompanied by Elləs Empowerment, a collective that raises awareness of inclusion among workers.
