The challenge of environmental, economic and social sustainability of the agricultural production of raw materials in the food chain is an issue of strategic importance.
Especially in the face of climate change and geopolitical and economic instability that are severely affecting not only the agri-food chain, but our entire society.
The Italian hop sector can be an answer to this crisis, thanks to the research and innovation capacity of our scientific institutions and thanks to the commitment of companies to produce hops that are not only 100% made in Italy, but are increasingly sustainable and capable of improving the environment in which we all live.
In this talk we will present ideas and research and innovation projects capable of meeting the challenge of environmental sustainability in the production of Italian hops.
