Beer, with its extraordinary variety of tastes and nuances, can become the perfect pairing to enhance any dish, opening new perspectives on food pairing. In an event organized by AssoBirra in collaboration with the Italian Federation of Chefs (FIC), a beer sommelier will present different types of beer, selected to best enhance the flavors and characteristics of three dishes prepared live by an Executive Chef. The protagonists of the show cooking will be recovery dishes, a choice that combines tradition and innovation, perfectly in line with the principles of sustainability and food waste reduction. Each preparation will be made with low CO₂ emission techniques, highlighting the value of a conscious and environmentally friendly cuisine.
