Jimmy Bertazzoli, class of 1979, has been behind the bar for 25 years.
Passionate about the world of sugar cane, he focuses his research between the French West Indies, Haiti, and Brazil where he makes dozens of trips.
His friendship and collaboration with Luca Gargano and Velier increasingly outline the traits of a passion that soon becomes a pure obsession to which he chooses to dedicate his life.
A collector of sugarcane spirits, he now boasts about 3,000 labels all on tap at Aguardiente.
A lover of catering in all its forms, for more than 3 years he has dedicated himself to haute cuisine, visiting several dozen gastronomic realities of excellence throughout Europe.
In 2024 he brings Aguardiente to join the 50 Best Discovery, a section of the prestigious The World's 50 Best.
