Andrea Pace, 29, has more than nine years of experience in the world of hospitality, an industry in which he has built his career with dedication and humility. He started from the bottom, washing glasses and working in the lounge, but thanks to his determination and desire to grow, he achieved his dream: to become a barman. 

For almost six years, he has been working at Drink Kong in Rome, an establishment recognised internationally for its quality and innovation in the world of mixology. Here, Andrea has established himself not only as a bartender, but as a professional capable of transforming each cocktail into a unique experience for the customer. 

His passion for his work is reflected in his attention to detail, his creativity behind the bar and his relationship with the public, whom he considers the beating heart of this profession. Always attentive to guests' needs, Andrea believes that every drink served tells a story and that the true art of the bartender lies in creating an authentic bond with those who taste it.
